About the Role

The Finance Assistant role at 360Dialog represents a unique opportunity to join a leading Whatsapp platform for Independent Software Providers. Day-to-day, this role will involve supporting the financial operations of the company, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. This position matters as it contributes to the overall financial health and strategic decision-making of the company. The Finance Assistant will be part of a dynamic team and will report to the Financial Controller.

The role's importance cannot be overstated, given the critical nature of financial management in driving business growth and sustainability. The successful candidate will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and management, to ensure seamless financial operations.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and receipts
  • Support the budgeting process by providing financial data and insights
  • Assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management
  • Manage and reconcile bank statements
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other compliance filings
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Collaborate with the audit team to ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and legislation

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a tech or software company
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in digital financial tools and software, such as Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
