## About the Role The Finance Associate role at Antler is a critical part of the company's global finance team, focusing on bookkeeping and supporting month-end processes across a multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-geography environment. This role offers hands-on experience in supporting operations that span funds, management companies, and startup ecosystems worldwide, providing a breadth of exposure that is uniquely difficult to find in traditional corporate or Big 4 environments. The Finance Associate will be based in either Poland or Romania, with flexibility for remote working, allowing for a great work-life balance and the opportunity to be part of a global team. The role's core finance operations will involve managing day-to-day financial transactions, supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes, and preparing and posting journal entries with a strong understanding of underlying business activity.

## What You Will Do - Manage day-to-day financial transactions across multiple entities and currencies - Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes - Prepare and post journal entries with a strong understanding of underlying business activity - Perform balance sheet reconciliations across entities and regions - Support month-end close processes and improve timelines and accuracy - Maintain organized and audit-ready financial documentation - Review and validate financial data to ensure completeness and accuracy - Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Antler's financial systems and processes - Provide financial support to the management team as needed

## What We Are Looking For - 1-2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or operations role within a corporate or fast-paced environment - Experience working across multi-entity, multi-cost centre, and/or multi-currency structures - Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage; NetSuite is a plus) - Strong attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - A collaborative, energetic approach and willingness to learn in a global team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles

## Nice to Have - Experience working in a venture capital or private equity environment - Knowledge of financial planning and analysis - Certification in accounting or finance (e.g. CPA, CFA) - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) - Familiarity with cloud-based financial systems
