What You Will Do

• Collaborate with the Controller to design and implement comprehensive management reporting frameworks
• Analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute recommendations to leadership
• Leverage AI-driven tools to transform raw data into actionable management insights
• Present findings and recommendations to Senior Management, highlighting the value add to the business
• Work closely with the accounting team to build valuable skills in performance management
• Contribute to impactful projects from day one, making a meaningful difference in the company's mission
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's financial processes and internal management reporting
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and accounting
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to cross-functional communication

What We Are Looking For

• Currently enrolled in an accounting or finance program
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Experience with financial analysis, accounting, and internal management reporting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and technology
• Passion for making a difference in the education sector
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work up to 25 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed

Nice to Have

• Experience with teletherapy or education technology
• Knowledge of accounting software and systems
• Certification in accounting or finance, such as CPA or CFA
• Experience working in a remote-first company
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
