About the Role

What You Will Do
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and ensure the company's financial health
- Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions
- Oversee financial planning and analysis, including financial reporting and compliance
- Lead financial due diligence and M&A activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and other external stakeholders
- Manage and optimize financial systems, processes, and controls
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop strategies to minimize their impact
- Provide financial guidance and support to the leadership team and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on strategic planning and leadership
- Strong understanding of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Experience with financial systems and tools, including accounting software and financial modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Experience with fundraising and investor relations
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on autonomy and flexibility
Nice to Have
- Experience with GTM and financial planning
- Knowledge of the tech industry and its trends and developments
- Experience with data analysis and financial modeling
- Certification in finance or accounting, such as a CPA or CFA
- Experience with remote work and distributed teams
