About the Role
The Finance Manager at Inter.link will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with German accounting and tax regulations, and driving financial growth. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, as the successful candidate will be working closely with the Chief of Staff and the Management Team to make strategic financial decisions. With a strong focus on sustainability and innovation, Inter.link is poised for significant growth, and the Finance Manager will be instrumental in navigating this expansion.Day-to-day, the Finance Manager will be responsible for a wide range of financial activities, from preparatory bookkeeping and financial analysis to budgeting and forecasting. The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively will be essential, as will excellent communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.

What You Will Do
- Manage all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Conduct financial analyses to identify trends and risks, providing strategic insights to the management team
- Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions
- Collaborate with the tax advisor on financial year-end closing and ensure timely submission of tax declarations
- Work closely with the Chief of Staff on budgeting and forecasting, aligning financial plans with business objectives
- Ensure internal controls are in place and comply with legal regulations
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including booking, checking, and paying supplier invoices, and preparing customer invoices
- Identify areas for cost savings and implement measures to optimize financial performance
- Support audits and work with external auditors as required
What We Are Looking For
- Extensive experience in German accounting and tax regulations
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
- Proven experience with DATEV, particularly in preparatory bookkeeping
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Analytical and structured mindset with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and set priorities effectively
- Experience in controlling or financial management
- Interest in new technologies and continuous learning
- Proactive, collaborative, and agile working style
- Fluency in German and English
Nice to Have
- Experience in a similar role within the tech or telecommunications industry
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and carbon neutral operations
- Certification in accounting or finance, such as CPA or CFA
