Job Description

About the Role

The Finance Manager at ReFED plays a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the organization. This includes managing day-to-day accounting and financial processes for ReFED and its fiscally sponsored project, the Zero Waste Food Coalition.

Responsibilities

  • Manage data maintenance in NetSuite
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budgeting, contract management, and financial reporting
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial data and reporting to management, leadership, and the Board of Directors

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, programmatic analysis, and Excel

Nice to Have

  • Experience in nonprofit finance or a related field
