About the Role
Affirm is seeking a Finance Strategy & Development Lead to shape the company's financial direction as it scales. The Finance Strategy team combines deep financial expertise with strategic insight to drive clarity and long-term decision-making.Responsibilities
- Lead finance strategy initiatives by framing complex business questions and developing data-driven analyses
- Own and deliver strategic financial analyses related to growth planning, market entry, and competitive positioning
- Partner closely with Finance, Product, Legal, Risk, and Executive Leadership to support critical business decisions
- Provide objective analysis and recommendations on inorganic growth opportunities
Requirements
- Strong experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
- Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous workstreams independently
- Highly analytical and comfortable translating data into clear strategic insights
