What You Will Do

  • Communicate with bank debtors via inbound and outbound calls

  • Support the implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
  • Work independently in a remote environment

What We Are Looking For

  • Permanent residence outside of Attica
  • Proven professional experience in a similar position in the banking sector or financial services
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented and self-driven
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Good command of English
  • Bachelor's degree (preferable)
  • Efficient computer skills and ability to multitask
