• Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership, ensuring clarity and insights for strategic decisions.

## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in financial principles and healthcare operations.

• 2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of healthcare finance principles, reimbursement models, and cost structures.
• Experience with healthcare data systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and financial software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Tableau, Power BI), with the ability to leverage technology for data-driven insights.
