Financial Consultant - ERP Specialist (Ecuador)

About the Role

The role will involve working on On-Demand Research (ODR) and Business Requirement Specification (BR Spec) reports, as well as participating in conference calls and collaborating with internal stakeholders. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be crucial in this role, as you will be working with a global team and interacting with clients in Ecuador.

What You Will Do

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
• Work on On-Demand Research (ODR) and Business Requirement Specification (BR Spec) reports
• Ensure regulatory compliance of Microsoft Dynamics products in Ecuador
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial perspectives on ERP system changes
• Participate in conference calls and provide updates on project progress
• Analyze and report on the implications of changing regulatory requirements and national standards in Ecuador
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
• Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and national standards in Ecuador
• Provide ad-hoc support and analysis as required

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably in Ecuador
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, tax law, and financial accounting standards
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP products (Axapta, GreatPlains, Navision) is a distinct advantage
• Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently as part of a startup team initiative
• Minimum Degree level in a field related to this work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
