- Analyze and submit monthly financial reports for clients
- Recommend best practices in financial operations and cash flow management to clients

- Manage projects and client engagements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial services
- Build relationships with other professionals and organizations to foster long-term partnerships
- Stay ahead of market trends to provide innovative solutions and recommendations

- Optimize pricing strategies and revenue models to maximize profitability
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
- CPA, CMA, or EA certification
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience managing multiple clients with diverse priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets or Excel
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, translating data into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships
- Ability to connect with and influence business owners, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset
- Energetic, motivated, and determined to drive results and foster innovation
