About the Role

Ramp is seeking a Financial Partnerships Manager to shape and build its international and cross-border payment strategy. The successful candidate will help expand and deepen partnerships with banks, fintechs, and card networks to grow global capabilities across all financial products.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire deal process, from vetting partners to negotiating commercial terms and GTM support
  • Help navigate compliance and regulatory frameworks as new payment rails and markets are added
  • Ensure partnership success by defining and tracking key metrics

Requirements

  • International and/or cross-border payments experience
  • Excellent relationship-building and project management skills
