About the Role

Elevenlabs is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join their team. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for driving financial decision-making through strategic planning and analysis. This role entails working closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement financial models, forecasts, and reports that inform business decisions. With a focus on AI-driven technology, this role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and innovation, leveraging tools like Excel to drive business growth.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform financial planning
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure business stability
  • Collaborate with external partners to develop and implement financial strategies
  • Develop and maintain financial planning and analysis tools and templates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure best practices in financial planning and analysis
  • Develop and deliver financial presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a tech or AI-driven industry
  • Strong technical skills in Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-driven technology and its applications in finance
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
  • Experience with cloud-based financial planning and analysis tools
  • Certification in financial planning and analysis, such as the CFP or CFA
