About the Role
As a Fire Fighter at Adani Airport Holdings Ltd, you will be responsible for responding to a wide range of emergencies, including aircraft and structural fires, medical emergencies, and hazardous material incidents. What You Will Do
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including aircraft and structural fires, medical emergencies, and hazardous material incidents
- Perform firefighting, rescue, and emergency medical services to ensure the safety of individuals and property
- Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of firefighting vehicles, extinguishers, and personal protective equipment
- Participate in routine emergency response simulations, training exercises, and fire drills
- Maintain detailed incident reports, training records, and shift logs for regulatory audits
- Collaborate with airport operations, medical services, and external emergency agencies during incidents
- Coordinate with the Duty Manager, ATC, and airport authorities during emergency operations and drills
- Provide first aid and basic life support to injured or ill individuals until advanced medical personnel arrive
- Assist in the transportation of patients to medical facilities as needed
What We Are Looking For
- Diploma in Fire Fighting Technology or equivalent qualification
- Experience in fire fighting, emergency response, or a related field
- Excellent physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
- Knowledge of fire suppression techniques, emergency medical services, and hazardous material response
- Familiarity with airport operations and emergency response procedures
- Certification in fire fighting, emergency medical services, or a related field
