## About the Role The FirstAlt Operations Rep role is a critical position that entails managing the daily operations of First Student's transportation services. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily trips, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the maintenance of vehicles. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. You will be working closely with internal staff, transportation partners, and customers to ensure that all operations are running efficiently and effectively. The success of this role depends on the ability to build strong relationships with customers, transportation partners, and internal staff. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that may arise. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction.
