About the Role
The Fleet Key Account Manager plays a vital role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with Talixo's taxi and limousine fleet partners. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic account plans, negotiating contracts, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of fleet requirements, driving business success and customer satisfaction.Talixo operates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on technological innovation and operational excellence. As a Fleet Key Account Manager, you will be part of a cohesive team that drives growth initiatives and contributes to the company's collective success. What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key fleet partners
- Act as the main point of contact for all account-related matters, ensuring effective communication and understanding of fleet requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategic account plans tailored to each fleet customer's needs
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives
- Shortlist potential new partner fleets, make cold calls to acquire new leads, and qualify leads
- Establish a network of partnerships and negotiate deals across your region and product line
- Onboard and train new fleets
- Utilize data and analytics to track key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to enhance fleet services and quality
- Prepare regular reports for fleets, highlighting performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities and potential risks
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and procedures, further developing the IT system and tools
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the procurement field or sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with intercultural experience
- Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification to drive informed business decisions
- Demonstrated ability to approach problem-solving in a structured manner, showcasing independence and creativity
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level)
- Greek, Spanish, or Italian language skills are a plus
