## What We Are Looking For - Proven experience as a Floor Estimator, with a strong background in flooring estimates - Proficiency in using Planswift software for takeoffs and estimates - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong communication skills in English - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings - Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
