What You Will Do
- Communicate with customers via calls to resolve issues and provide support
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Meet team KPIs and contribute to the overall success of the support team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and trends in the industry
- Securely work with customers' sensitive information, adhering to data protection policies
- Apply the latest customer happiness practices to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain a working knowledge of Supportyourapp's products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve the overall customer experience
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent Czech and English (B2) communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Positive and responsible attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Experience with CRM systems (desirable)
- Basic knowledge of IT and technology
Nice to Have
- Customer service or sales experience in the tech industry
- Experience working with remote teams and time zone differences
- Familiarity with support software and tools
