About the Role

The Customer Support Consultant role at Supportyourapp is a unique opportunity to join a global team of experts in the crypto industry. As a consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients via chats and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships, and meeting team KPIs. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the crypto space, and securing sensitive customer information.

The role is part of a multinational team, and you will be communicating with developers and other departments of various IT companies. You will also be maintaining a working knowledge of the company's products and services, applying the latest customer happiness practices, and continuously improving your skills and knowledge.

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent English and Russian language skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the crypto or financial industry
  • Personal or professional experience in crypto is a must
  • Analytical and research skills to handle complex customer inquiries
  • Positive and responsible attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • A strong interest in innovative financial technologies or prior experience in the financial industry or payment processing
