About the Role
The Customer Support Consultant role at Supportyourapp is an exciting opportunity to join a multicultural and multilingual team in the fintech industry. As a consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via emails and chats, building positive relationships with clients, and meeting team KPIs. You will be working with a team that values diversity and inclusivity, and is passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences.The role entails working in a fast-paced environment, staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends, and applying the latest customer happiness practices. You will be responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of the company's products and services, as well as securely working with customers' sensitive information.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer or technical support within the fintech industry, with a native Ukrainian language skill and English B2 proficiency. Personal or professional experience with trading, investments, or crypto is highly desirable.

What We Are Looking For
- Native Ukrainian language skill
- English B2 proficiency
- At least 2 years of experience in customer or technical support within the fintech industry
- Personal or professional experience with trading, investments, or crypto
- Experience with CRM systems
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Familiarity with KYC & AML procedures, transaction monitoring, or crypto compliance
