What You Will Do
- Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products to healthcare professionals, ensuring that customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure that products are always available when needed.
- Provide expert advice and training to surgeons and other healthcare professionals on the use of Stryker's foot and ankle products.
- Participate in sales meetings and professional association meetings, which may occur outside regular business hours.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and surgical centers.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in foot and ankle surgery and Stryker's product offerings to provide the best possible support to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
- Use Excel and other office technologies to manage sales data, track performance, and analyze trends.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, expanding Stryker's presence in the foot and ankle market.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in the use of current office technologies, including Excel.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in emergency/operating room environments and participate in sales meetings outside regular business hours.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a sophisticated audience.
- Commitment to compliance and the principles of responsibility in all aspects of the role.
