About the Role

The Forward Deployed Engineer role at Clara is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to be part of a team that is revolutionizing the financial infrastructure across Latin America. As a key member of the Solutions Engineering team, you will be working closely with the Travel Pay Product team to ensure seamless onboarding, partner coordination, and day-to-day operational support for Clara's clients. Day-to-day, you will be immersed in mastering Clara's product suite, including VCNs, CTAs, and partner integrations. What You Will Do

  • Master Clara's product suite to provide expert level support and onboarding for clients
  • Collaborate with the Travel Pay Product team to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies
  • Develop and implement precise configurations for client onboarding and operational support
  • Work closely with internal teams to drive business outcomes and improve client satisfaction
  • Analyze and resolve operational issues, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Develop structured onboarding processes to ensure scalability and efficiency
  • Manage partner integrations and coordinate with partners for seamless operations
  • Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams as needed
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments in digital payments and operations
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements

What We Are Looking For
