As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll play a critical role in driving the company's mission forward, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy innovative AI-powered solutions. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining complex software systems, leveraging your expertise in Excel and software development to drive business outcomes. You'll work closely with the engineering team to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain complex software systems, leveraging expertise in Excel and software development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI-powered solutions
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and design documents
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality code and adhering to best practices
- Collaborate with the product team to identify and prioritize new features and functionality
- Develop and maintain automated testing and deployment scripts
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with the support team
- Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospective
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and software development, applying this knowledge to drive business outcomes
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Excel and AI-powered solutions
- Expertise in Excel, including formula development and data analysis
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospective
- Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns and architecture
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, including AWS or Azure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

- Experience with machine learning or deep learning frameworks
- Familiarity with natural language processing or computer vision
- Experience with containerization, including Docker or Kubernetes
