About the Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Elevenlabs, you will be embedded with the company's most strategic customers, working hands-on to deliver high-impact solutions that drive real innovation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with customers' engineers and executives to ensure the best use of Elevenlabs' technologies, as well as designing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. You will be part of a high-velocity team that values rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy, with a focus on making a significant impact rather than just holding a job title.The role is based in Singapore, with the opportunity to travel frequently to meet with customers on-site in the region and collaborate in person with the Singapore team. As a key member of the team, you will have the chance to work on complex, high-stakes projects and contribute to the company's mission to define the frontier of Audio AI.

What You Will Do
- Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners, working hands-on to deliver high-impact solutions
- Collaborate daily with customers' engineers and executives to ensure the best use of Elevenlabs' technologies
- Drive real innovation by using your coding and technical skills to solve complex problems
- Design and implement tailored solutions that meet customers' specific needs
- Work closely with the Singapore team to collaborate on projects and share knowledge
- Travel frequently to meet with customers on-site in the region
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Audio AI and software development
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify new opportunities and solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers as needed
What We Are Looking For
- Experience working with customers, either in a professional or academic setting
- Proficiency in Python and strong software development knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to summarize complex technical knowledge and use logic to pursue optimal solutions
- Multi-lingual skills, with proficiency in Mandarin and English
- Strong understanding of software development, software architecture, and APIs integration
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
