Job Description

About the Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer VoIP at Parloa, you will be the technical expert responsible for ensuring Parloa's flawless operation in the real world of enterprise telephony.

Responsibilities

  • Own telephony integration projects from start to finish, focusing on VoIP/SIP connectivity for enterprise customers and partners.
  • Design and architect reliable call paths via SIP trunking providers, direct trunks, or enterprise telephony infrastructure, considering latency, reliability, and security.
  • Debug complex call flow issues end-to-end, using logs and network traces to identify root causes quickly.
  • Collaborate closely with customer engineers to align architectures, test plans, and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in VoIP/SIP and its applications in enterprise telephony ecosystems.
  • Ability to navigate and propose connectivity solutions under strict enterprise constraints, such as firewall policies and regulatory requirements.
