About the Role

The Forward Deployed Engineering Recruiter role at Elevenlabs is a unique opportunity to join a global Talent team and own complex, high-impact technical hiring end-to-end. As a member of this team, you'll be responsible for shaping search strategy, building pipelines, and closing candidates who possess rare technical and customer-facing skills. Your day-to-day will involve partnering closely with hiring managers to understand problems, calibrate on signals, and continuously raise the hiring bar.

The role is part of a small, high-bar team with an uncompromising standard for quality of hire. You'll be working with engineering and revenue leadership to redefine what great Forward Deployed Engineering hiring looks like at scale. What You Will Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles across the forward deployment team, including solutions engineers and deployment strategists
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand problems, calibrate on signals, and continuously raise the hiring bar
  • Design and execute thoughtful search strategies, from market mapping and outreach to interview design and closing
  • Manage multiple complex searches simultaneously without sacrificing quality
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the technical skills and competencies required for each role
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates, including passive talent and referrals
  • Collaborate with the Talent team to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform recruitment decisions and optimize the hiring process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and engineering leaders

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and competencies, including software engineering and customer-facing roles
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from search strategy to closing candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Experience with recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Human Resources
