About the Role

The Founding Product Marketer at Imprint will play a pivotal role in defining the company's product marketing strategy, focusing on fintech and payments. The role is highly visible and involves partnering with business development, engineering, design, and the founder to drive product growth.

As the first product marketer at Imprint, the successful candidate will be responsible for building the function from the ground up, setting the standard for how the company explains its products, and creating market-making moments that drive differentiation. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Imprint's products, focusing on fintech and payments
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, engineering, design, and the founder
  • Communicate the value of Imprint's products to clients and drive product growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and investors
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform product marketing strategies
  • Develop and manage product marketing budgets, ensuring effective use of resources
  • Create and deliver product marketing materials, including presentations, case studies, and sales sheets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials and provide training on product value propositions
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve product marketing strategies

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies
  • Strong understanding of product marketing principles and the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with sales teams, including sales enablement and training
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with team members across different time zones
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with product launch planning and execution
