Job Description

About the Role

The FP&A team at Gitlab partners with the Marketing organization to provide timely, data-driven decision support. As an FP&A Analyst, you will support the Marketing leadership team and report to the Senior Director of FP&A.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and enhance Google Sheets-based Marketing P&L models to forecast headcount investments, bookings, revenue, and margin performance.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, monthly forecast cycles, and annual planning for Marketing, delivering clear insights on performance versus plan.

Requirements

  • Experience with GTM, Adjust, Excel, and Google Sheets is essential.

  • Previous experience in a similar FP&A role, preferably in the marketing or technology industry.
