## About the Role As a strategic financial partner, the FP&A Manager will play a critical role in driving decision-making across Quicken Loans' Engineering and Product Development organizations. This involves analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to inform resource allocation and investment decisions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, to design and implement analytical frameworks that measure efficiency and return on investment.
The FP&A Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to VP and C-level leaders, providing financial guidance and strategic recommendations to drive business growth. This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor, business acumen, and communication skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex financial systems and processes.

## What You Will Do - Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to inform business decisions and drive growth - Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks - Design and implement analytical frameworks to measure efficiency and return on investment - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop reporting dashboards, forecasts, and performance tracking systems - Provide financial guidance and strategic recommendations to VP and C-level leaders - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business teams and senior leadership - Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans to drive business growth - Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in financial planning and analysis
## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field - Strong proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis - Demonstrated experience working in tech, software, or high-growth companies - Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and regulations - Experience with Excel, financial planning software, and data analysis tools - Ability to communicate complex financial insights to non-technical stakeholders
## Nice to Have - 3-5 years of financial planning and analysis experience in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with goal-cascading frameworks such as OKRs or Balanced Scorecard methodologies - Knowledge of resource planning and time-tracking methodologies - Experience with AI tools and modern financial automation platforms
