About the Role
The FP&A Manager (GTM) role at Mozilla is a high-impact, technical leadership position that requires a unique blend of financial analysis, strategic planning, and GTM execution. As a key member of the Business Unit Finance & Strategy team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and implementation of GTM strategies. Your expertise in financial planning and analysis will be crucial in informing business decisions and ensuring the financial health of Mozilla's products and services.The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the drivers of different business models. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, and Business Development, to refine predictive models, provide financial rigor, and influence algorithmic forecasts.

What You Will Do
- Design and scale models that govern revenue and ARR, serving as the 'Source of Truth' lead
- Partner with the Data Science team to refine predictive models and provide business context and financial rigor
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to provide financial advisory services and support
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to inform business decisions
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement GTM strategies to drive business growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
- Provide financial planning and analysis support to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, engineers, and business leaders
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a tech or software company
- Strong background in financial analysis, strategic planning, and business modeling
- Experience with revenue modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other financial planning tools
- Strong understanding of business drivers and market trends
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, and Business Development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
Nice to Have
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or R
- Experience working with cloud-based financial planning tools, such as Anaplan or Adaptive Insights
- Certification in financial planning and analysis, such as CFA or FP&A
