About the Role
The FP&A Manager role at Mozilla is a high-impact, technical leadership position that requires a strong background in financial analysis, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the drivers of different business models. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Data Science, and Go-To-Market (GTM) execution, demanding a candidate who can code alongside engineers and strategize alongside VPs. The ideal candidate will have experience with revenue modeling for various products, pricing structures, and a strong track record of providing structure, consolidation, and analysis for ARR/revenue data.As part of the Business Unit Finance & Strategy team, the FP&A Manager will be responsible for designing and scaling models that govern revenue/ARR, serving as the 'Source of Truth' lead to ensure financial logic is consistent across all products and business lines. This role will also involve partnering deeply with the Data Science team to refine predictive models, providing the business context and financial rigor to influence algorithmic forecasts.

What You Will Do
- Design and scale the models that govern revenue/ARR, ensuring consistency across all products and business lines.
- Partner with the Data Science team to refine predictive models, providing business context and financial rigor.
- Act as the primary financial advisor to the Business Development, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Sales teams, pressure-testing deal structures and evaluating partnership economics.
- Build automated, reproducible, and scalable analytical workflows using Python and SQL.
- Own the forecasting lifecycle for specific high-growth business lines or the entire consolidated revenue stack.
- Provide structure, consolidation, and analysis for ARR/revenue data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue and profitability.
- Analyze and interpret large data sets to inform business decisions.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong background in financial analysis and strategic planning.
