About the Role
As an FP&A Manager at Iterable, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's strategic objectives through integrated financial analysis and planning. Your expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis will be instrumental in driving business growth and optimizing operations. You will work closely with the Research & Development team to develop a deep understanding of the technical components of Iterable's SaaS platform and their associated financial costs.Iterable's finance team is dedicated to providing actionable insights that inform business decisions. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex financial models, analyzing business trends, and identifying areas for improvement. Your work will have a direct impact on the company's ability to scale efficiently and achieve its long-term goals.

What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support business planning and forecasting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, to align financial and operational objectives
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure alignment with company goals
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through contingency planning and scenario analysis
- Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key financial metrics and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with financial planning software and tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including R&D and operations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- MBA or CFA certification a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with cloud-based financial planning software, such as Anaplan or Adaptive Insights
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or SQL
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Certification in financial planning or analysis, such as FP&A or CMA
