FP&A Manager

## About the Role The FP&A Manager role at Reddit is a critical position that will help drive the company's financial strategy and support its mission of bringing community and belonging to everyone in the world. ## What You Will Do - Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze business performance and identify opportunities for improvement - Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support business decision-making - Analyze headcount growth and identify opportunities for improvement in talent acquisition and workforce planning - Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business growth and scalability - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic resource allocation and business results - Provide clear and actionable insights to senior executive team to inform business decisions - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business results and improve financial performance - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis - Identify and mitigate financial risks to the business

## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a high-growth technology company - Advanced MS Excel and Google Sheets skills, with experience in financial modeling and analysis - Strong understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting - Experience with SQL and ERP systems (GL + Planning & Consolidation systems) a plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders - Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business drivers and identify opportunities for improvement

## Nice to Have - Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI - Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts - Experience with cloud-based financial planning and analysis tools, such as Anaplan or Adaptive Insights - Certification in financial planning and analysis, such as the Certified Financial Planning and Analysis (CFPA) designation
