About the Role

The FPT Workforce Insights Partner plays a critical role in translating workforce data into strategic insights that drive business and talent outcomes. This role operates at the intersection of HR, business strategy, and data analytics, providing a unique opportunity for professionals who are passionate about using data to inform decision-making. The day-to-day work of the FPT Workforce Insights Partner is focused on analyzing complex workforce data, identifying trends and insights, and presenting findings to senior leadership and stakeholders. This requires a deep understanding of business operations, HR principles, and data analytics tools, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. What You Will Do

  • Develop and deliver executive-ready insights and recommendations that drive business and talent outcomes
  • Collaborate with HR leaders, business partners, and stakeholders to identify key workforce challenges and develop data-driven solutions
  • Analyze complex workforce data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, using data visualization and storytelling techniques to communicate complex ideas
  • Design and deliver training to build people data maturity across HR and business teams
  • Partner with Strategic Partnerships, Talent Organisation, and business analytics teams to provide consolidated advice on business-related workforce challenges
  • Drive adoption of WFI products with FPTs and business leaders, and establish standards and feedback loops to understand insight needs
  • Lead and coordinate business-oriented workforce analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact
  • Ensure data integrity, insight quality, and effective action planning throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management for analytics initiatives

What We Are Looking For

  • Significant experience in people analytics, HR strategy, business partnering, consulting, or related fields
  • Proven record of success in advisory or leadership roles, with experience working with Manufacturing, Engineering, or similar industries
  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering analytics solutions that drive business and talent outcomes
  • Hands-on expertise with data analytics tools and developing and presenting executive-ready analysis and reports
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organisations and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement, change management, and enabling data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization and storytelling techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with cloud-based data analytics platforms and tools
  • Knowledge of HR systems and processes, including talent management, learning and development, and benefits administration
  • Certification in data analytics, HR, or a related field
  • Experience working in a global organisation with a diverse workforce
