What You Will Do

• Design and develop high-quality, interactive landing pages using Framer
• Prototype complex motion sequences that enhance user experience
• Collaborate with the design team to maintain a consistent and modern design system
• Optimize designs for performance, ensuring they meet the company's performance budgets and web standards
• Develop and implement A/B testing to measure the effectiveness of design elements
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate designs into larger projects
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in motion design and Framer
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues
• Contribute to the development of the company's design language system
• Ensure accessibility and usability of all design elements
