About the Role
The Franchise Business Consultant role is a key position at Dunkin', responsible for driving business growth and development through coaching and supporting franchisees. As a consultant, you will work closely with a portfolio of franchisees to set and achieve business goals, providing guidance and expertise to help them succeed. What You Will Do
- Coach and support franchisees to achieve business goals and objectives
- Develop and implement business plans to drive sales and profitability
- Provide guidance and expertise on operational excellence and best practices
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for franchisees
- Facilitate communications between franchisees and applicable stakeholders
- Support the development and implementation of marketing plans and initiatives
- Participate in the evaluation and improvement of franchisee performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve consulting skills
- Support the onboarding and training of new franchisees
- Facilitate the Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process with franchisees
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with franchisees and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
- Experience with coaching and developing teams to achieve business objectives
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with franchise operations and development
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Ability to travel to consult with franchisees as needed
