What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve annual growth targets across the designated sales territory.

- Conduct due diligence presentations for brand leadership and ensure a thorough understanding of the franchise sales process.

- Partner with sales enablement and growth teams to optimize sales funnel effectiveness and drive conversions.
- Guide prospects through the sales process independently, with support from management in final meetings.

What We Are Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates with experience in sales, business development, or management consulting.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or franchise sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
