Freelance Automation Workflow Specialist (No-Code)

What You Will Do

• Design and evaluate no-code automation workflows across various business use cases, including marketing, operations, and data pipelines
• Build and optimize trigger/action-based automations using Zapier, Make.com, or similar tools
• Integrate AI into workflows, including AI-powered automations, enrichment pipelines, and decision logic
• Ensure accurate and reliable data synchronization between multiple systems and SaaS tools
• Analyze automation performance and improve workflow efficiency, scalability, and fault tolerance
• Troubleshoot issues, identify bottlenecks, and refine automation logic for stability and reliability
• Collaborate with Tendem Agents to ensure seamless execution of repetitive tasks
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of automation workflows and processes
• Participate in performance-based bonus programs that reward high-quality work and consistent delivery

What We Are Looking For

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in no-code automation, workflow design, operations, or low-code development
• Strong experience in no-code automation tools, including multi-step workflows, routers, filters, and conditional logic
• Proven ability to design and manage complex automation systems across multiple platforms, including CRM, marketing tools, and data systems
• Solid background in integrating APIs, webhooks, and third-party services, ensuring accurate data transfer and structured outputs
• Experience with Google Sheets, Airtable, or similar tools
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and workflow reliability
• Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize workflows independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools, such as OpenAI or Claude, and their integration into automation pipelines
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Certification in no-code automation or related fields
