Freelance Clinical Project Manager - Mandarin and Early Phase Oncology Required

The role entails working on a part-time basis, with an initial contract of 30 hours per month. What You Will Do

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate and manage clinical projects, ensuring their successful execution and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality results

What We Are Looking For

• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline
• Experience in early phase oncology, preferably in a clinical project management role
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
• Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a digital environment
• Experience with project management tools and software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Nice to Have

• Experience in bid defense activities and proposal development
• Knowledge of digital project management tools and software
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2
