About the Role

The Freelance Content Creator role at Pickle is an exciting opportunity to develop engaging learning, enablement, and communication content for enterprise audiences. As a key member of the team, you will combine instructional design, content strategy, storytelling, and content development to transform complex information into clear, practical, and engaging content. What You Will Do

  • Develop content strategies and storytelling approaches to engage enterprise audiences
  • Analyze briefs and ask insightful questions to understand target audiences, business objectives, and desired behavioral outcomes
  • Create a variety of content types, including learning materials, job aids, decision trees, playbooks, and talk tracks
  • Apply adult learning principles to ensure content is relevant, practical, and easy to implement
  • Use AI tools to support research, outlining, drafting, iteration, and content refinement
  • Validate all AI-assisted outputs for accuracy, tone, inclusivity, and brand alignment
  • Convert complex technical, product, or business information into practical, audience-friendly content
  • Ensure all content aligns with established brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks
  • Participate in project briefings and stakeholder discussions, collaborating effectively with project leads, designers, learning specialists, and subject matter experts
