The Freelance Creative Operations Manager at Shook will be responsible for overseeing the entire production workflow, ensuring that high-quality UGC is delivered on time and meets the company's standards. This role is central to Shook's goal of becoming the global standard for UGC, and the ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment. As a key member of the team, the Creative Operations Manager will work closely with creators, stakeholders, and other team members to drive projects forward and continuously improve the production process.The role involves managing a complex life cycle of talent, deadlines, and technical constraints, with a focus on delivering high-performing assets every time. The ideal candidate will be a skilled problem-solver, able to think on their feet and protect the delivery window at all costs. With a strong understanding of TikTok and its native feel, the Creative Operations Manager will be responsible for reviewing raw footage, providing feedback, and ensuring that the final product meets the company's high standards.
What You Will Do
- Manage the end-to-end production workflow, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Source and partner with creators, building strong relationships and ensuring that they understand the brief and meet the deadline
- Review raw footage and provide feedback to creators, ensuring that the final product meets the company's standards
- Develop and refine modular ad structures, organizing hooks, bodies, and CTAs for testing and iteration
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to drive projects forward and continuously improve the production process
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets and other tools to track progress and ensure efficient workflow
- Provide critical feedback to creators, maintaining a positive working relationship while ensuring that the final product meets the company's standards
- Work closely with the team to refine the production process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
- Develop and maintain a network of creators, ensuring that the company has access to a diverse range of talent
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in UGC, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the production process
