As a key member of the outreach team, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's network and contributing to its growth. In this role, you will be working independently, with the flexibility to manage your own schedule and workload. You will be provided with training materials and call scripts to ensure your success, as well as support from the CourierHubb team.
What You Will Do
- Contact businesses across the UK to introduce them to CourierHubb's same-day delivery services
- Share your referral link with businesses and guide them through the sign-up process
- Identify businesses that regularly send parcels, documents, or urgent items and explain how CourierHubb can save them time and money
- Build ongoing relationships with repeat clients and provide them with exceptional customer service
- Utilize digital skills to research and target potential clients
- Work closely with the CourierHubb team to achieve sales targets and expand the company's network
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the services offered by CourierHubb
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the logistics and delivery sector
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of CourierHubb's services and benefits
