About the Role

Mindrift connects specialists with project-based AI opportunities for leading tech companies, focused on testing, evaluating, and improving AI systems. As a Freelance Junior Journalist - AI Trainer, your work will help train AI models, shaping how they understand and generate human-like text.

Responsibilities

  • Craft original, clear, and fact-checked responses based on project guidelines.
  • Generate prompts that challenge AI.
  • Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI’s answers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Linguistics, Literature, or Education.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in Journalism, Communications, PR, etc., with strong skills in critical thinking and working with text in English language.

Benefits

Contributors can earn up to $30 per hour equivalent, depending on their level and pace of contribution.
