What You Will Do

• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various projects, including campaigns, launch films, and educational content
• Develop and design concepts, storyboards, and style frames for motion graphics projects
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all projects
• Utilize After Effects and Illustrator to create high-quality motion graphics and animations
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and copywriters to bring concepts to life
• Design and animate UI elements, icons, and graphics for digital products and campaigns
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and concepts for motion graphics projects
• Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and attention to detail
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, software, and technologies in motion graphics and design

What We Are Looking For

• A strong portfolio that showcases a diversity of style and strength in motion graphics and design
• Extremely strong After Effects skills, with the ability to create complex animations and visual effects
• Proficient in Mocha AE for planar tracking and screen replacement
• Good knowledge of Illustrator, with the ability to create vector graphics and designs
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work
• Strong creative communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the team
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Authorization to work in the US, as Bonfire Labs is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and composition

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Cinema 4D, with the ability to create 3D models and animations
• Storyboarding and design skills, with the ability to develop concepts and ideas for motion graphics projects
• After Effects expressions knowledge, with the ability to create complex animations and interactions
• Experience with other design and animation software, such as Blender or Maya
