About the Role

The Freelance Poland Content Specialist position is a unique opportunity to lead content and creator efforts for the Polish market. As a key member of the amo team, you will be responsible for developing high-performing content strategies that drive engagement and growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing a pipeline of Polish creators, running influencer campaigns, and collaborating with the paid marketing team to turn great content into great performance.

The role requires a deep understanding of Polish memes, humor, and online culture, as well as the ability to think creatively and outside the box. You will be working closely with the growth, distribution, and product teams to shape the creative direction of Bump and support launches, events, and Polish-focused activations.

As a content specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a fast-moving team that values experimentation, creativity, and rigorous attention to detail. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the success of the company, and you will be able to see your work drive growth and engagement.

What You Will Do

  • Lead all content and creator efforts for the Polish market
  • Develop high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads that people actually want to watch
  • Manage a pipeline of Polish creators and run influencer campaigns with top Polish creators and micro-influencers
  • Collaborate with paid marketing to turn great content into great performance
  • Jump on trends before they hit the For You Page
  • Write briefs, give notes, and help external creators shine
  • Collaborate daily with our growth, distribution, and product teams
  • Join brainstorms, test ideas fast, and help shape the creative direction of Bump
  • Support launches, events, and Polish-focused activations

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-5+ years of experience making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer, or creator)
  • Experience making content for ads (UGC especially)
  • Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Polish creator landscape
  • Polish and English language proficiency (mandatory)
  • Experience living in Poland
  • Ambitious, driven, and wildly creative mindset
  • Natural storytelling ability and understanding of what makes content successful
