About the Role
As a freelance recruiter in Thailand or Korea, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and delivering top talent to clients across various industries. This role presents a unique opportunity to build a lucrative freelance recruitment business, working closely with David Kennedy Recruitment's leadership and international team of recruiters. With access to over 500 live vacancies globally, you will have the chance to work on a wide range of projects, from iGaming and live casino to BPO, customer experience, tech, operations, and media.The day-to-day responsibilities of this position will involve sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates through various stages of the recruitment process. You will need to utilize your knowledge of the local labor market, as well as your skills in candidate engagement and negotiation. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be expected to provide market insights and intelligence to drive hiring strategies and achieve client goals.

What You Will Do
- Source and engage candidates within Thailand or South Korea for various recruitment projects
- Build and manage talent pipelines for high-volume and specialist recruitment projects
- Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking channels to identify and attract top talent
- Provide local market intelligence and recruitment insights to drive hiring strategies
- Work closely with the delivery team to achieve hiring targets and client goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and activity within the recruitment systems
- Coordinate interviews, offer stages, and other recruitment-related activities
- Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies to meet client demands
- Collaborate with the international team of recruiters to share best practices and knowledge
What We Are Looking For
- Previous recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
- Native Thai or Korean speaker with strong English communication skills
- Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement abilities
- Strong understanding of the local labor market and recruitment landscape
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
- Driven by results and motivated by commission-based earnings
- Experience recruiting internationally is highly advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience with recruitment software and systems
- Knowledge of the iGaming, live casino, or similar industries
- Certification in recruitment or a related field
