About the Role

The role of a Freelance Senior Full Stack Software Architect and Collateral Management Specialist at WISE INTEGRATION is a multifaceted position that requires a deep understanding of software architecture, .NET, and AI. This professional will be tasked with leading the Algo Collateral project, focusing on the architecture and DevOps & AI CoE trajectory and implementation for LC&I. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, other squads, and tribes, making this a highly collaborative role.

Daily responsibilities will include driving feature development, supporting end-to-end processes, and engaging with various stakeholders to ensure the project's success. Given the senior level of this role, mentoring squad members and driving code quality improvements will also be key responsibilities. What You Will Do

  • Drive the feature development and support for the Algo Collateral project from end to end.
  • Engage with business stakeholders, other squads, and tribes to ensure project success.
  • Mentor squad members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Drive code quality improvements to maintain high standards.
  • Improve DevOps and monitoring to ensure efficiency.
  • Drive down IT-run requirements by optimizing processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement domain architecture.
  • Participate in the development of .NET and Angular applications.
  • Utilize PowerShell for scripting and automation tasks.
  • Work with ADO, GHEC, and CI/CD tools for version control and deployment.
  • Design and implement databases using MSSQL and DW.
  • Apply design patterns, microservices, and domain-driven design principles.
  • Implement TDD, BDD, and utilize SonarQube for code quality.
  • Integrate GenAI and Code AI skills into project development.
  • Ensure compliance with MCP standards.

What We Are Looking For

  • Extensive experience in Risk, Derivatives, and Collateral Management.
  • Senior-level experience in .NET, domain architecture, DevOps, and AI.
  • Excellent communication skills for interaction with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Full-stack development experience with .NET, Angular, and PowerShell.
  • Experience with ADO, GHEC, CI/CD, and version control systems.
  • Knowledge of MSSQL, DW, and database design principles.
  • Understanding of design patterns, microservices, and domain-driven design.
  • Experience with TDD, BDD, and code quality tools like SonarQube.
  • Familiarity with GenAI, Code AI skills, and MCP.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant roles.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team, with the ability to take primary responsibility for larger groups.
