About the Role
The Freelance Senior Product Manager role at Toloka AI is a unique opportunity to work with a cutting-edge company that's pushing the boundaries of AI innovation. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying significant near and long-term opportunities and defining product strategies and roadmaps. With a focus on driving business impact, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and optimization.The role entails working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, analytics, and marketing, to deliver measurable business results. You will be responsible for designing and owning the end-to-end funnel, from marketing to onboarding, activation, first and recurring payments. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, you will define and analyze metrics that inform the success or failure of the product.

What You Will Do
- Identify significant near and long-term opportunities and define product strategies and roadmaps
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and optimization
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success or failure of the product
- Monitor and analyze product performance, leveraging data analytics and user feedback to optimize the current value proposition and drive continual improvement and innovation
- Drive product development with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact
- Design and own the end-to-end funnel, from marketing to onboarding, activation, first and recurring payments
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competitors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of product management experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams
- Experience navigating through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre- and post-launch execution
- Proven track record of building and optimizing acquisition–activation–monetization funnels, ideally in early-stage products
- Strong data literacy: ability to define metrics, read dashboards, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with Excel and data analytics tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a remote setup and collaborate with global teams
- Strong understanding of the AI and tech industry
Nice to Have
- Experience working with AI-powered solutions and machine learning models
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript
