What You Will Do

• Improve and elevate the quality of existing VFX assets to meet the company's high standards
• Create high-quality effects for various game interactions, including Merge, Upgrade, Reward, Progression, UI, and core Gameplay
• Handle Unity integration and implementation of VFX assets, ensuring seamless functionality and performance
• Collaborate closely with the Art and Game Design teams to enhance the overall player experience and achieve a unified vision
• Iterate on existing effects based on feedback, continuously polishing them to achieve a premium level of quality
• Analyze existing effects and transform them into more polished, readable, and premium-quality visuals
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of mobile performance optimization and VFX best practices
• Provide a portfolio or examples of previous work, demonstrating your expertise and style
• Participate in the implementation process, integrating effects directly into Unity

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience creating VFX for casual, hybrid-casual, merge, or puzzle mobile games
• Strong knowledge of creating and optimizing VFX within Unity
• Ability to integrate effects directly into Unity and actively participate in the implementation process
• Proficiency with Unity Particle System, Shader Graph, and related VFX tools
• Capable of analyzing existing effects and transforming them into more polished, readable, and premium-quality visuals
• Strong artistic sense with the ability to create unique and impactful effects that enhance gameplay feel
• Understanding of mobile performance optimization and VFX best practices
• Ability to provide a portfolio or examples of previous work
• Proficient in English to communicate and collaborate effectively with the international team

Nice to Have

• Experience with other game engines or VFX software
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as C# or Python
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems
