What You Will Do
- Conduct virtual audits with restaurants, including preparation, review, and interactive sessions
- Evaluate food safety, brand standards, and operational compliance using a structured questionnaire
- Provide feedback and coaching to restaurant teams based on observations and findings
- Complete accurate and detailed audit reports in a timely manner
- Maintain professional communication with restaurant teams and uphold brand standards
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in virtual restaurant coaching, food safety standards, and brand compliance
- Collaborate with the internal team to identify areas of improvement and implement changes
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the restaurant chain's operations, policies, and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to food safety and brand compliance
What We Are Looking For
- Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written
